Enigma HR Consulting & Empowerment Solutions is a division of KM Lifestyle, a South African Black Empowered Company. It is female owned by Khadijah Mia. It is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Enigma was established 18 yrs ago and has evolved into a service provider that currently specialises in the consultation, design, facilitation and implementation of the following services:

Consulting and Coaching interventions are provided to clients both, locally and globally.


Khadijah is a woman of soul, resilience, passion and courage. She is a wife, mother and businesswoman.

She owns a Human Capital Development Consultancy called Enigma. She has over 20 years of professional work experience.

Khadijah holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and is an assessment specialist. She is also a certified NLP practitioner, EQ Mentor and Self-Mastery Coach.

Her motto in life is … “wake up … dress up … show up … and never give up!”

Khadijah, works with corporates, academic institutions and the public. She is a self development voice making a huge impact in the world.

She spearheads several leadership, business, transformation, human capital, self-mastery, self development, woman empowerment, life & business coaching programmes.

She also volunteers her time by helping women who have experienced trauma, loss and abuse.

She has extensive corporate experience in the field of Human Capital Development. During her career she worked in both Business and Corporate HR roles as a senior executive, which has provided her with a wealth of both generalist and specialist knowledge and expertise.

She is a transformational leader and has an excellent track record having worked in public entities and private sector companies. She is a change agent having worked on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and transformation initiatives. She has helped organizations and individuals “make positive shifts!”

Khadijah has overcome several life challenges and believes that it is not what happens to you, but how you respond to what happens to you.

Her positive affirmation that she lives by and enables others to tap into is “You are Enough!”

She recently was a recipient of the Women of Wonder Awards in South Africa.

Khadijah was also recently profiled on the inspiring work that she does on SABC 3’s Mela show.

She occupies the role as a motivational speaker, MC for events and blogger. She is invited to provide her expertise on radio talk shows, on a regular basis.

Khadijah, has also run several businesses. She is a successful entrepreneur.
