Diversity Management  in the backdrop of our country’s history creates a need to create and maintain a positive work environment, where similarities and differences are valued and understood. Managing diversity in the workplace enables individuals to reach their potential and maximise their contribution to an organisations strategic goals and objectives.

Diversity management programmes aim to promote greater inclusion of employees from different backgrounds into an organisations structure. This is conducted in line with a companies goals, policy and  legislative requirements.

Based on a company’s Employment Equity Plan, it is imperative  for leadership to manage diversity in the workplace.
